Leela Krishna Annam is a seasoned Sr. Product Manager with over 11 years of experience in the field of product management and strategy. He is currently working as a Principal Product Manager at eightfold.ai, where he is responsible for developing their Talent acquisition intelligence platform. Prior to his current role, Leela worked at Uber for over five years, where he played a key role in scaling the Rides business with the India team and reducing global fraud losses as part of the Risk team. Leela is a graduate of IIM Bangalore and BITS Pilani - Goa, where he completed his MBA and BE (Hons.) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, respectively. He started his career commissioning captive power plants, which now power the factories of India's largest automobile manufacturer. After that, he worked as an Associate with ZS Associates, where he helped Big Pharma in LatAm optimize their sales strategy. Leela has a passion for client/user-facing roles and has worked in that capacity throughout his professional life. As a student, he held similar positions of responsibility and was the Head of the Student Media Cell at IIM Bangalore, where he managed student relations with the press and other media. Apart from his professional life, Leela loves playing board games and spending time with his young daughter. He is also proficient in product management and AI technologies.
